Saung Angklung Mang Udjo has been the place of tourist destination founded by Mr. Udjo Ngalagena with his wife Uum Sumiati in 1966. They plan to introduce and preserve original art music instruments of the West Java community, namely “angklung”, all over the world.
The White Crater, or “Kawah Putih” located in the highlands of southern Bandung. This mountain crater is also a sulfur crater that resembles a large blue lake with billowing sulfur smoke. The beauty of atmosphere has no longer in doubt by global tourists. Other tourist destinations should be visited in the vicinity are Lake Patenggang, Rancabaya Tea Plantation, and Ranca Upas Camping Area.
The destination captures a highland in Lembang area northern Bandung called Mount Tangkuban Perahu. Its name is taken from a local legend about the life of a mother and her child. This mountain has a sulfur crater called the “Domas” crater which can be visited with supporting of a local guide. Foreign tourists love this place because they can see the beautiful crater of the mountain and explore it up close.
